When Morgan Wade isn't busy touring and putting out new music, she's constantly working on herself and opening up about her ongoing health and wellness journey. She often posts updates from the gym, and she's always feeling the support of those in her inner circle -- including her BFF, Kyle Richards.
Over the last handful of months, Morgan has shared multiple photos and videos that chart her workout routine. She's also shared insights into her health journey. Most recently, she shared photos in which she's lifting weights on a rare day off from touring. The stop at the gym didn't just include fitness, but also "great convos and I ate a lot of protein bars."
In a video Morgan posted in February, she showed off her muscles, and captioned the moment, "Pull ups give you wings. Working constantly and consistently."
In an Instagram photo that showed off her progress posted the same month, Morgan offered some insight into her workout: "Saturday chest [and] back [plus] 300 pull ups."
As it turns out, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle often shows support for her friend by liking the posts.
Morgan Wade details her past health issues
In a lengthy Instagram post in early 2025 (which was also liked by Kyle), Morgan reflected on some of her past health issues and offered insight into how she navigated them.
"Back a few years ago I was dealing with some health issues that I couldn’t seem to get under control. Medicine wasn’t helping and I was going to a urologist 2-3x a week to get a catheter. Turns out I have a chronic bladder disease called Interstitial Cystitis (IC). Not a lot to do to help other than the steroid treatments, physical therapy, and in more severe cases, surgery. The doctor gave me a list of foods to avoid and told me to give that a try. At that current time my diet consisted of whatever I wanted, which was mainly pasta and tacos," she noted about her health issues.
How Morgan Wade got her health issues under control
From there, Morgan investigated some fitness and diet programs to find ways to cope with her health issues.
"The anabolic fasting diet cut out the things I couldn’t eat, and I wanted to get better and I do love a competition. Starting that journey changed my life. I haven’t had a bladder treatment since. I occasionally eat those foods in moderation and I am fine. I feel the best I’ve ever felt, and I fell in love with working out which makes getting out of bed enjoyable for me," Morgan added back in January. "I didn’t win a car - but I won a lifestyle change - new friends - and my health. If you want to make a change in your life with your health I am telling you now : sign up. Best thing I have ever done. Here’s to 2025, and being the best versions of ourselves we can be."
