The harder that General Hospital has had Sidwell push son Marco to make Sonny pay for killing Natalia, the more we’re thinking that her booze-and-pills-fueled overdose wasn’t entirely accidental.
No, obviously we don’t think that halo-clad St. Sonny had anything to do with it; he only murders the occasional federal agent in cold blood. What we’re thinking is that maybe, just maybe Sidwell had a hand in his former wife’s demise.
We all saw Natalia descend into the valley of the dolls the night that she croaked, but what we can’t know for sure is whether Sidwell had one of his henchmen tamper with her pills. Even just increasing the dosage on one of ’em could be lethal, given the way that the deceased was throwing them back with alcohol.
That, of course, begs a question: Why would Sidwell do such a thing?
Because, on the other side of the “tragedy,” the villain has a new weapon to point in Sonny’s direction: Marco, who is equal parts outraged and tenacious. And the same way that the mobster goes after anyone who messes with his family, so does the lawyer — even if, as was the case with his mother, they weren’t exactly what you’d call close.
Who do you think is really responsible for Natalia’s demise?
