Nick is back to woo Brooke, and he’s going to stay a while this time around.
Nick is determined to win over Brooke on The Bold and the Beautiful. He thinks it’s time for her to move on from Ridge. But will it work this time around? This slow-burning romance is quickly winning us over.
Second Time’s a Charm
Nick (Jack Wagner) showed up in Los Angeles to the surprise of Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). The first place he visited was Forrester Creations. Their son, Jack, is working at Forrester International, so it makes sense. Jack was aware of the coup attempt involving Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Hope (Annika Noelle).
Brooke spilled out that drama went down. She shared that Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) left her for Taylor (Rebecca Budig) because of it. He still blames her to this day. Jack thinks Brooke needs to move on from Ridge and find a man who’s fully committed to her. A man like him.
Why It Could Work
Ridge has remained committed to Taylor. He believes that he owes it to her. Ridge would always leave Taylor for Brooke, but this time, he’s being even more stubborn. He doesn’t care if the world saw sparks flying between him and Brooke at the launch of the House of Forrester.
This time, Ridge is following through with his commitment. He’s proving that by accepting Taylor’s engagement. Funny enough, Nick overheard their conversation. He had a satisfied look on his face when he heard Ridge say yes.
This changed his plans. Nick thought his stay in Los Angeles was going to be temporary. However, he’s going to stay even longer this time in an effort to win over Brooke’s heart. Nick will be there to pick up the broken pieces. This was his chance to finally be with Brooke.
Nick could finally win this time. This will prove that Ridge has moved on from Brooke. She will have no choice but to give up on her destiny and look to someone else. What are your thoughts? Do you think Brooke and Nick will get back together? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
