Oilers forward Connor Brown gives hilarious post game interview

Connor Brown had a real tough year with the Edmonton  Oilers, but now he's really showing up in the playoffs - and cracking jokes in his post game comments.

Brown has started to make good on some nice opportunities, and has now registered 1 goal and 3 assists on the fourth line in 10 playoff games. Last night he made a beautiful pass to Janmark for a shorthanded goal, but downplayed it by calling it a ‘s**t burger'.

Keeping up with the lighthearted mood of his press conference, Brown broke out another Canadian turn of phrase when defending his teammate Darnell Nurse. Nurse had been taking some serious heat in the media and from fans for some substandard play, and Brown showed his shock towards the criticism by saying everyone and their dog was going after him.

Even though the relationship between players and the team is a bit tense right now, everyone was chuckling at Connor Brown's quips. The media even asked Janmark if he thought the pass was a s**t burger, and of course, Janmark wouldn't put down his teammate.

This year's Oilers team feels like something special, and something Oilers fans haven't seen in the Connor McDavid era. The entire team is deeper than it's ever been, and evident in these interview clips all year long, the players are closer than ever before. Right now, even dealing with adversity and criticism towards their leaders, the team is sticking together and playing their bests hockey.
