Charrisse Jackson-Jordan doesn’t have plans to return to “The Real Housewives of Potomac” anytime soon.
Although she’s still in touch with the cast members and attended former “RHOP” star Nneka Ihim’s baby shower, she told OK!, “I have a beautiful relationship with Bravo, but I have not talked to production at all about returning to ‘The Real Housewives of Potomac.'”
“They’re looking for younger, married people who have little kids,” she elaborated. “Look at the current cast — most of them are divorced. They are starting to look to cast women who are the ‘full package.’”
Jackson-Jordan revealed that even though she is no longer in the show, she has made suggestions to production as to who would make a good “RHOP” housewife.
In the meantime, she’s enjoying hanging out with the castmates and told OK!, “We are actually friends in real life and enjoy spending time together.”
“I know people love to read into it and I appreciate so much that people want me back but, as far as I know, that’s not in the cards right now,” she said.
‘RHOP’ Fans Saw Jackson-Jordan as a ‘Friend’ After Season 2
Jackson-Jordan was one of the original “RHOP” stars but got demoted to a “friend-of” after her second season.
During her time on the show, fans saw Jackson-Jordan struggle with her marriage to Eddie Jordan and the two divorced after “RHOP” season 2.
“Who knew that entering a new chapter in my life would be this exciting. Thank you for the love and support during this journey. I’ve gotten so much love that I can’t begin to express how much it meant to me. Thank you,” she shared in an April 2019 Instagram post.
Jackson-Jordan came back to the reality show as a “friend” the following season, and fans saw her again in season 7 during a cast trip to Mexico, and then more recently in season 8.
Jackson-Jordan Is Focusing on Her Podcast
Jackson-Jordan may not be a “RHOP” figure for the time being but she’s keeping busy with her podcast.
In March 2024, she announced on Instagram, “Super Excited! I’m doing my Live podcast launch today and it will drop one week from today.”
She continued, “You will be able to listen to ‘Conversations In The Champagne Room’ on the ALIVE podcast network app or wherever you listen to podcasts one week from today. Thank you in advance for all the love and support.”
During her episodes, Jackson-Jordan talks about family life, personal growth, and navigating friendships.
“Just a friendly reminder that Season 2 of Conversations In The Champagne Room drops Every Wednesday,” she told fans on February 18.
