Paige DeSorbo Makes a Stunning Declaration About Blocking Her Ex on Social Media: "So I Stopped...

The Southern Charm cast member is opening up about how she handles social media after a breakup.

Paige DeSorbo is opening up about whether or not she still follows her exes on social media, months after her breakup from Craig Conover.

The Summer House cast member hosted an Amazon Live stream on Wednesday, April 16, where one viewer asked the influencer whether they should still follow their "ex on Instagram" after a breakup. Paige, of course, had an answer. "If you had asked me this a couple of years ago, I would've been in the mindset where I'm like, 'Block. Delete. You'll literally never have the privilege of seeing me again,'" she responded.

But, Paige's best friend and Giggly Squad co-host, Hannah Berner, made her change her mind about this. "She taught me to let them watch. So I stopped blocking people," Paige recalled. "Do I think exes need to be unfollowed? I think personally, if you feel like you can't see that person's page because it makes you so upset, then you absolutely can unfollow them. Do I do any of those? No, because I don't want them thinking they run around in my head."

This is true, as Paige still follows her ex-boyfriend, Perry Rahbar, on Instagram. "So, I'm certainly not going to take the time to go to Instagram and press unfollow," she concluded.

Paige DeSorbo reveals how she coped with her breakup from Craig Conover

This isn't the only way that Paige has coped following a breakup. In an April 17 interview with Glamour, she opened up about how she took care of herself following her most recent breakup from Craig. "I hung out with my girlfriends a lot and tried to get out of the house and do things," she said.

This felt very different for Paige, who had been in a relationship with Craig for more than three years before their breakup at the end of last year.

"Even normal things, like walking down the street, felt different because you could meet anyone at any time," she noted. "I kind of had to rewire my brain because I'm not getting home and calling my boyfriend for an hour and a half on the phone. I organized my apartment, I relabeled everything. I just had to reprogram my brain to be like, 'Okay, I'm single.'"

Paige DeSorbo opens up about how she handles her anxiety

Paige further admitted that getting her beloved cat, Daphne, has helped her get through ups and downs, especially when she struggles with her anxiety. "I love being in my apartment," she told the publication. "And getting a cat has been my number one best tip for anxiety.

"It sounds cliché to try to be in the moment, but it really is true," she continued. "The things I was worried about during that panic attack had nothing to do with that actual night. I thought it was stage fright. But I don't have stage fright — I love attention."
