The slate is officially set for this year's 2025 Prospect Development Camp hosted by the Pittsburgh Penguins.
On Monday, full rosters - as well as a detailed schedule - were announced. Development Camp will take place on Jul. 3-7, with the final day culminating in a tournament involving the three participating teams at camp - Team Stevens, Team Patrick, and Team Johnston.
Here is full development camp roster, along with a player at each position to keep an eye on. Details on the schedule for Development Camp - which will be free and open to the public - can be found here on the Penguins' website.

- Zach Urdahl* (University of Nebraska - Omaha, NCAA)
- Mason Zebeski* (Brampton Steelheads, OHL)
- Bill Zonnon (Rouyn-Noranda, QMJHL)
Who to watch: Oliver Tulk
Tulk, coming from the Calgary Hitmen of the WHL, happens to have been the linemate of both Tanner Howe - second-round pick of the Penguins in 2024 - and Kindel, the Penguins' 11th overall pick in 2025. Howe had ACL reconstruction surgery in April and is not expected to return until 2026, but Tulk will, likely, reunite with Kindel during Development Camp. The 20-year-old, 5-foot-8 forward registered 38 goals and 100 points alongside Howe and Kindel last season.
- Quinn Beauchesne (Guelph Storm, OHL)
- David Breazeale (University of Maine, NCAA; WBS Penguins, AHL)
- Harrison Brunicke (Kamloops Blazers, WHL; WBS Penguins, AHL)
- Tommy Budnick* (Guelph Storm, Brantford Bulldogs, OHL)

- Brady Peddle (Waterloo Black Hawks, USHL)
- Emil Pieniniemi (Kingston Frontenacs, OHL)
- Chase Pietila (Michigan Tech University, NCAA; Wheeling Nailers, ECHL; WBS Penguins, AHL)
- Charlie Trethewey (U.S. National U18 Team, NTDP; USNTDP Juniors, USHL)
- Joona Vaisanen (Western Michigan University, NCAA)
Who to watch: Finn Harding
From Brunicke, to Pieniniemi, to Trethewey, there are plenty of intriguing Penguins' defensive prospects to keep an eye on. But, perhaps, no one rose up the prospect ranks more last season than Harding last season, as the seventh-round pick (223rd overall) of the Penguins in 2024 registered seven goals and 57 points in 67 games for the Steelheads last season, finishing eighth in OHL scoring among defensemen. Always known as defensively reliable, Harding has begun to show flashes of offensive ability and looks to, potentially, be a seventh-round steal.
- Justin BriseBois* (St. Marks School, USHS)
- Ben Charette* (Harvard University, NCAA)
- Gabriel D'Aigle (Victoriaville, QMJHL)
- Noah Erliden* (Erie Otters, OHL)
- Linards Feldbergs* (Sherbrooke, QMJHL)
- Joshua Kotai* (Augustana University, NCAA)
Who to watch: Gabriel D'Aigle
Don't let the stats sheet fool you: D'Aigle is a solid goaltending prospect, which is why the Penguins selected him in the third round (84th overall) of the 2025 draft. The towering 6-foot-4, 211-pound netminder just so happened to play for the QMJHL's worst team in Victoriaville last season, turning in a very heavy workload and taking the fall for a team with a meager .297 win percentage - and that got outscored, 315-166. His .883 save percentage was, honestly, impressive for such a poor team, and his movement around the crease - as well as his rebound control - should stand out.
