With 38 voting points, Crosby finished ninth in the Hart Trophy race.

Over his career, Crosby has already won the Hart Trophy twice and finished as a finalist five other times.

Crosby appeared in all 82 games during the 2023-24 season scoring 42 goals and 52 assists for 94 total points. He surpassed 1,000 career assists during the season and tied Wayne Gretzky for most point-per-game seasons in NHL history at 19.

Reaching 1,596 total points in his career, Crosby also climbed the leaderboard and entered the top 10 of all time scoring.

The 2023-24 season may not have ended with any hardware for Crosby or his Penguins teammates, but it was a history-making season for No. 87.
