Goaltender Tristan Jarry made 33 saves on 34 shots in the victory. Currently assigned to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton for conditioning purposes, Jarry remains undefeated (4-0-0) at the American Hockey League level this season.
Forward Marc Johnstone scored in regulation for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (7-2-0-0), which has won four consecutive games.

Goaltender Sergei Murashov made 18 saves on 20 shots for the Wheeling Nailers in a 5-2 win against the Cincinnati Cyclones at the Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati.
Forward Sam Houde scored two goals for Wheeling (4-3-0-0) while linemate Jordan Martel contributed a goal and two assists.
