The number one thing contestants of The Traitors probably think about before starting the show is their strategy. Unless it’s half the cast of Season 3, who seem to be confused at every turn. However, Season 2 star Phaedra Parks has some suggestions that people probably don’t think about before going on the show. Such as, what the heck to pack? Read on for some stellar packing tips that just might make it easier for the next group of faithfuls and traitors that enter the castle.
Phaedra Parks says to pack some “thermal underwear because it’s freezing” on The Traitors

Now, contestants on The Traitors definitely think about packing their looks. Parvati Shallow brought back the headband in a major way last season. Unfortunately, we missed out on Dorinda Medley’s fashions she had planned for Season 3. At least we got some major looks from Bob the Drag Queen until he was knocked out in an epic fashion, so to speak.
Phaedra also served during her season. She had major glam and fur for days. And not to mention excellent strategy as well. So, it would be wise to listen to Phaedra’s ideas for items to pack that will make future contestants look and feel good.
She revealed all the details to E!. Phaedra shared the one item that was the most important. She said, “Thermal underwear because it’s freezing.” Makes sense, as the Scottish Highlands aren’t known for their sunny skies and warm temperatures.
And you have to look good while wearing your thermals. Phaedra added, “My favorite lip plumper is from Maybelline. They’ve got a wonderful lip plumper with cayenne pepper in it, called Hot Honey, and let me tell you, that honey is hot.”
Lastly, don’t forget to pack some olive oil to wash off all the grime from a long day of competing outside. Phaedra said, “I wash my face in olive oil, just slather it on, it takes off all your makeup.” Could thermal underwear, a perfect pout, and some olive oil get you far in the game? It did for Phaedra.
The Traitors continues Thursdays on Peacock at 9/8c.
