Phaedra Parks' Sons React to Their Mom's New Career Accomplishment: "So Proud"

RHOA's Phaedra Parks' two kids, Ayden and Dylan Nida, just supported her recent dance performance.

Phaedra Parks' kids were on hand to celebrate her latest dancing accomplishment.

ICYMI, The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member has been competing on Dancing with the Stars, and her two sons, Ayden and Dylan Nida, were in the audience during her October 15 performance.

After Phaedra and her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, performed, the partners (and Phaedra's sons!) caught up with Entertainment Tonight

When asked how it felt to watch their mom dance, Ayden gushed, "She makes me so proud every time."

The episode's theme was Dedication Night, and Phaedra danced in honor of her mom, who was also in the audience. Heading into the episode, Dylan was so excited to see his mom take the stage.

"Yeah, I couldn't sleep last night," Dylan told the outlet.

Phaedra also spoke about how important it was to have her family watch her dance with Val.

"This was, of course, a week that I wanted to redeem myself from last week," she explained. "And just to have my boys here because I haven't been home for a while, so it was perfect. The whole family came out, so I just had to show up and show out this week."

How old are Phaedra Parks' kids?

Phaedra, who also appeared on Married to Medicine, is a mom to a teen and a pre-teen. The attorney's eldest son, Ayden (nicknamed the Prince), is 14 years old, while her baby boy (aka Mr. President) is 11.

Ayden and Dylan Nida's recent milestones

Back in August, Phaedra shared a sweet snapshot of her sons' first days of school on Instagram.

"First week down!" Phaedra wrote in the caption of the post August 21 post. "The rest of the year to go! Hello [high school] and [sixth grade],"

Months earlier, Phaedra spoke about what she's hoping to instill in her sons as they become young adults.

"I have three rules for my sons," she told PEOPLE in February 2024. "Be respectful of adults, yes and no ma'am all the time. My second rule is clean up behind yourself. And the last thing is be grateful."

The Atlanta resident also shared that she's not afraid to be a little strict when her sons disobey her rules.

"I definitely will take their phone away and follow through with that because I worked too hard for them not to appreciate," Phaedra continued to the outlet. "Of course, we have a housekeeper. But I want them to know that!"
