Mauricio Umansky appears to be loving life as a single man amid his ongoing estrangement from Kyle Richards.

Just under two years after the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple announced that they had separated after 27 years of marriage and three children, Mauricio, 54, continues to step out with mystery women around the world, most recently popping up with a blonde woman in Los Angeles on Monday night.

In photos shared by TMZ on May 13, Mauricio was seen getting quite handsy with the woman, who the outlet noted appeared “way younger” than him. In fact, in addition to kissing the unidentified female, Mauricio was photographed grabbing her butt and picking her up off the ground.

Additionally, Mauricio held hands with the woman and offered her his jacket when she got chilly.

Following the sharing of the photos, fans weighed in with mixed emotions. Although many said, “Good for him,” and pointed to the pressing rumors about Kyle, 56, and Morgan Wade, 30, others felt that he should wait to flaunt such public displays of affection until after he and Kyle are divorced.

“He surely moves around being single,” one person noted.

‘He just out there making out with all the blondes at this point,” another agreed.

But while someone else said to “let him live” since “he’s single,” another IG user wrote, “Get a divorce already!!”

As RHOBH fans will recall, Mauricio was first linked to Nikita Kahn, 34, whom he was spotted kissing in Greece in July 2024. Then, in the months that followed, he was linked to Brazilian singer Anitta, 32, his Dancing With the Stars partner, Emma Slater, 36, and model Klaudia K.

As for why Kyle and Mauricio have yet to get divorced, an insider told Life & Style in March that they simply “haven’t gotten through it because their assets are all tied up together.”

“[But] there is no chance they are getting back together, so they really need to get this divorce done and dusted,” the source continued. “It will be good for everybody to have this all hashed out and a settlement reached because while they’re negotiating things are a little awkward. Their goal is to be able to have plenty of family time despite their split, so the sooner this gets settled the better. That way they can move smoothly into this new normal.”
