RHOBH husband PK Kemsley shared an emotional post for best friend Mauricio Umansky following his broken clavicle injury.
Paul "PK" Kemsley is sending along some "support" to his best friend, Mauricio Umansky, after his Aspen ski accident.
The Agency founder sustained a broken clavicle while he was skiing and "required a metal plate and 12 screws" as a result.
Just a few days after the accident mid-February accident, PK took to his Instagram feed to share a sweet video of him hugging Mauricio.
"This is what support actually looks like," Dorit Kemsley's estranged spouse wrote. PK also had the song "I'll Be There For You" by The Rembrandts playing in the background of his post.
Mauricio responded to PK's emotional sentiment by re-posting the video on his Instagram Story.
PK's post comes the day after Mauricio's estranged wife, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Kyle Richards, shared an update on Mauricio's condition.
"He had a plate put in his shoulder and had to have emergency surgery, but he's doing well," Kyle explained during an Amazon Live stream on February 18. "I was like, 'Please 2025 can go f all the way off.' I can't with all of this."
Kyle later confirmed that she had not gone to Aspen to visit Mauricio because she was spending time with former castmate Teddi Mellencamp as she recovers from brain surgery.

The broker became friends with the English entrepreneur thanks to their estranged wives' participation on RHOBH.

Kyle and Dorit became close over the years, but their friendship hit a major snag on Season 13. Dorit felt like Kyle had tried to keep her marital issues with Mauricio too close to the vest, while Kyle felt betrayed when Dorit read out a private text message she had sent her while backstage at the Season 13 reunion.
Kyle and Mauricio, for their part, separated in the summer of 2023, while PK and Dorit announced their split in May 2024.
Though Dorit and Kyle are still working out their issues on RHOBH Season 14, PK and Mauricio have only grown closer as they navigate their respective separations.
In addition to taking trips to places like Miami and London together, Mauricio and PK spend a lot of time together when they are in California.
"They are best friends," Kyle said on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in early February 2025 about Mauricio's friendship with PK. "Yeah, I would say they are best, best friends."
