Porsha Williams Reveals Plans to Sell $2 Million House Instead of Renovating, Plans to Buy $15 Million Mansion After Splitting Simon Guobadia's $7 Million House

The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member is ready to make some big changes at home.

Porsha Williams is ready to change things up in her Atlanta home.

During a recent stop by Bravo HQ, The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member gave an exciting update on her life and career these days. She also shared more details about her living situation, revealing what she had in store for her massive abode.

"There [are] some things that I want to do to the house," she shared during an exclusive sit-down with BravoTV.com, as you can watch in the video above. "Just change up the energy and kind of revive it and there are some things I want to do in separate rooms."

Though the Georgia mom didn't go into detail about what she had planned, we can't wait to see what kind of changes she makes to the place!

Porsha has a lot planned for her home's future. For the time being, she and her daughter, Pilar Jhena "PJ" McKinley, are still enjoying all the wonderful aspects of their home including the huge backyard.

Earlier in January, the mother-daughter duo took some time outside when Atlanta experienced a rare snow day.

"Wow Atlanta Snow Day," she captioned an Instagram post showcasing her snow-covered backyard, including the pool area. The video series showed how PJ enjoyed the snow, dressed in a multicolored jacket and snow boots, as she excitedly gathered snow to build a snowman.

In a follow-up post, Porsha shared an update on "Snow Day 2," highlighting PJ's hilariously adorable snowman, which managed to survive the night despite some of the snow melting. Porsha celebrated the snowman, which was accessorized with a garbage bag hat, goggles, and a red mouth. "Snow Day 2!! I can’t believe my baby’s snowman survived through the night!" she wrote. The creative measures PJ took to protect her creation paid off, as Porsha proudly added, "Good thing we let her cover him with a box to keep him safe! Goooooo Pj."

Of course, when it's not snowing in Atlanta, Porsha loves to soak up the sun in her home's backyard.

In August 2024, the Pursuit of Porsha author shared a photo in her pool's jacuzzi, showcasing its dazzling blue tile and infinity edge. She later posted another photo of herself swimming in the jacuzzi while rocking a stunning blue swimsuit. The home's Mediterranean-style, resort-like backyard and pool, ideal for Atlanta's heat, could also be seen in the background of the snapshot.
