Rachel had previously taken to her Instagram Story earlier this week, where she gave a brief look into life with their baby boy. The new mom of four first posted from the hospital, where she captured her husband, John Fuda, holding their baby in his arms as she sat in the hospital bed. She chose to let the beautiful photo speak for itself, tagging her husband as he cradled their new child. She also snapped a simple, black-and-white photo of Lorenzo, on his own. In the picture, the baby boy can be seen lying on his stomach, sleeping.

"Grateful," she captioned the sweet photo.

Why Rachel Fuda was excited to be home after giving birth

Once she was home from the hospital, she also took to her Instagram Story, where she revealed how grateful she was to be back in a comfortable environment. "We are officially home from the hospital!" she exclaimed in the now-disappeared story. "Thank you guys for all of your [congratulatory] messages. We really appreciate it. We're so happy, and it's so nice to be home. I cannot wait to shower in my own shower."

Even though she was so excited to be home and to put on cozy clothes, she did express her gratitude for the labor and delivery nurses who helped her along the way. "I just have to say that the nursing staff at The Valley Hospital, you guys are amazing and I love you and I feel like I made friends and I'm gonna miss you guys," she noted.

Rachel also took to her Instagram account on Feb. 24, where she posted the first part of a get ready with me video, sharing some of the details surrounding her son's birth story. "I look like hell, pardon my appearance, but this is newborn life," she explained.

She revealed that she had Lorenzo via a scheduled C-section, which is how she delivered her daughters, Gianella and Giuliana. "And I will tell you, speaking from experience, they are all completely different," she explained. "I would say my hardest was my first, and that is because you don't really know what to expect."
