It’s ironic that as of September 2024, the only person still discussing Scandoval is Rachel Leviss, one of the biggest villains in the entire story. Tom Sandoval cheated on Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix after nearly a decade together with her best friend Rachel. We all know the story forward and backward by now, but Rachel still has plenty to say for some reason.
In case you somehow missed it, Rachel has been sharing her side of the story on the Rachel Goes Rogue podcast. Then, in the most recent episode, she decided to have her own publicist on as a guest to continue to bash Ariana for her role in the situation. Let us just remember – Ariana was the one who was lied to and cheated on. Now we can proceed.
Rachel Leviss should say less
Rachel’s PR rep Juliette had a lot to say about Ariana’s involvement in the Scandoval of it all. First, they seemingly stand on the idea that Rachel was violated by Ariana, who she claims recorded and shared intimate videos of Rachel once she discovered the cheating. “Those videos being talked about was done with intention,” the PR person said. “Those videos being sent with horrible text was done with intention. Maybe if it was done to you, you’d roll over and take it. But, good for Rachel that she’s not. I’ll stand behind her on that.” Here we go again.
While we, as fans, will never know the exact truth of what happened when Ariana discovered the infamous videos, it leaves a bad taste for Rachel and her crew to continue to blame her former friend. “Ariana could have approached it with grace. She could have said, ‘I was cheated on,'” the publicist continued. Excuse me? Now we’re expecting that women who are cheated on handle it with a smile and a soft voice. The audacity is astounding.
Finally, the publicist claimed that Ariana and Tom’s relationship struggles were long-standing as if that’s a good excuse for Rachel’s involvement in their breakup. “So, knowing that you were probably exiting a relationship, you could have just walked away from it. You could have just said, ‘I got cheated on and I’m not happy about it,'” the publicist concluded. Rachel, what was the reason for releasing this episode? Did you really think it’d help your image? Well, we hate to break it to you, but it definitely did not get that intended reception.
