Las Vegas is known for bright lights, big plays, and bold personalities — but behind the scenes, Raiders star Maxx Crosby just made a quiet move that left a massive impact.

Without media attention or team publicity, Crosby recently partnered with a local nonprofit to fully fund dental exams, cleanings, and urgent care for more than 200 underserved children in Clark County.

“I remember growing up being embarrassed of my teeth. I didn’t smile in photos for years,” Crosby shared. “If I can fix that for someone else, that’s a win bigger than anything on the field.”

Crosby visited the clinic last week, not as a celebrity, but as a mentor. He sat beside kids, cracked jokes, and even shared his own childhood dental X-rays to ease their fear.

The staff says this isn’t a one-off. Maxx has promised to keep funding the clinic annually — calling it “his real end zone.”

Teammates say it’s classic Maxx: no fanfare, just heart.
