A New York Rangers superstar forward reaches an impressive milestone while facing off against the Florida Panthers on Monday night.
Star forward Artemi Panarin has notched his 500th point as a New York Ranger.
Panarin achieved this milestone off a beauty assist on Chris Kreider's power-play goal.
Along with achieving his 500th point as a New York Ranger, Panarin was also the fastest to ever achieve this milestone in franchise history (384 GP) along with becoming the 14th player to do it.
Artemi Panarin has been on fire for the Rnagers despite their ongoing struggles this season, as the star forward has now tallied 16 goals and 23 assists for a total 39 points in just 34 games.
Unfortunately, the Rangers couldn't manage to pull off a victory against the Panthers on Monday night, losing 5-3. However, this was arguably one of the Rangers' best games in the last couple months.
