Nothing to hide! Kyle Richards, Teresa Giudice, Brandi Glanville and Tamra Judge are among the Real Housewives stars who have confessed to getting plastic surgery, including breast implants, liposuction, rhinoplasty and more.
In fact, some Bravo stars are so proud of their body of work that they starred in a 2019 music video for a song celebrating plastic surgery. “I do everything very minimum. I just do it a little bit. So it’s like, I think it’s better that way, you know?” Melissa Gorga exclusively told Us Weekly at the time. “I’m not one of those girls that, like, overdoes it. I feel like you just need to tweak a little bit.”
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star added: “I’ve only done two things. Nose and boobs.” She also owned up to getting Botox and lip injections.
Porsha Williams, for one, underwent breast implant surgery but stopped getting Botox after one time. “I work at Dish Nation and so I’m sitting on the TV, I’m sitting on camera, and they’re telling me to make an expression and my face would not move, so just because of my job I couldn’t do it, but I loved it by the way,” she told Us. “I like to ‘fess up to the breasts and definitely ‘fess up to having Botox the one time.”
Not everyone is thrilled with the outcome of their procedures though. “When I was 19, a doctor put in bigger [breast] implants than what I asked for. I was in such a hurry to get them that I didn’t research my doctor,” Denise Richards revealed to Us in July 2011. “I just thought because they’re a plastic surgeon, they must be good. You have to be your advocate for your own body and ask 100 questions.”
While the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star eventually sorted out the ordeal, she noted that her feelings could shift again. “This is the size I wanted them to look at 19! There’s a long investment with breast implants. They’re not going to last a lifetime and things can go wrong,” she said. “I’m happy with them now, but in a year that could change.”

Leah McSweeney
The RHONY star confirmed in September 2020 that she got a nose job. “I am not trying to hide anything from anybody. I got a rhinoplasty and a septoplasty. I could not be happier,” McSweeney, who previously confirmed she’s gotten Botox and lip fillers, said via Instagram. “I’ve been wanting one for so freaking long and now I can also breathe, which is great. … I'm just never going to be one of those bitches that pretends like 'It's not work, it's contour makeup' because that's f—king weird.”
Kyle Richards
Despite being "terrified of needles and blood," Richards had a nose job in 2006 and liposuction in 2012. "My nose bothered me for a long time," she told Us in March 2013. "The surgery made me feel better." As for the second procedure? "After having four kids, no matter what exercise I did, the love handles wouldn't go away!" she explained. "I'm very happy with the results!" In October 2020, Richards revealed that she went under the knife again to have a second rhinoplasty after breaking her nose a year earlier.
Vicki Gunvalson
Moved to tears when costar Slade Smiley called her Miss Piggy, the Real Housewives of Orange County star took action to change her looks in September 2012. "I've always felt like I'm not pretty enough," she confessed to Us of her decision to thin her nose, get a chin implant and have body fat injected into her face to erase wrinkles. (She previously also had two breast augmentations.) "I'm still numb — it'll take a year to fully heal. But it didn't change me inside!"
Gunvalson went under the knife again in 2018 to get a lower facelift after her pal Tamra Judge suggested she do so.
NeNe Leakes
Leakes has been candid about getting work done. "If anything falls, I pick it up!" the Real Housewives of Atlanta star told Us of her breast lift, rhinoplasty and liposuction. "As long as you don't look plastic, a little nip and tuck is OK!"
Lisa Hochstein
The Miami housewife first went under the knife at age 18, when she had her A-cups upped to Cs. A little less than 10 years later, she had another breast augmentation — by plastic surgeon husband Lenny Hochstein — to repair the previous job (which left her chest lopsided) and increase her Cs to Ds. "They look natural," the former Playboy model said of her new breasts.
Tamra Judge
Judge had buyer’s remorse after getting size DD implants. In 2007, she replaced them with C-cups, only to remove those in 2011. “My breasts were the first thing everybody looked at,” she explained to Us of why she backtracked on her original decision. Now, she said, “I feel more confident when I wear a low-cut shirt.”
Judge later went one step further, getting a lower facelift in 2017.
Brandi Glanville
Unhappy with her breasts after the birth of sons Mason and Jake — she told Us they looked like "tube socks with balls at the ends" — she told a plastic surgeon to "fill them out but make them small." (She upgraded to B-cups.) Following her divorce from Eddie Cibrian, she got vaginal rejuvenation surgery and charged it to her ex. "It was painful, but I had very good results," she said.
Teresa Giudice
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was motivated to upgrade her once-perky A-cups to C-cups in 2008. “After I breast-fed, [my breasts] looked different,” she said. “They were deflated. I was just a big nipple. … I never liked how I looked in bathing suits.” Giudice “changed out” her implants in 2018, though they remained the same size.
Jacqueline Laurita
The reality star has had four breast augmentations, a nose job, neck lift and tummy tuck.
Caroline Manzo
Manzo revealed in 2019 that she underwent a facelift procedure nearly two decades after getting a tummy tuck. “I went to go see [a plastic surgeon] and he said to me, ‘Your neck is not going to snap back because of your age and it lost elasticity,’” she recalled on an episode of the “Dear Albie” podcast. “So right then and there I said, ‘OK, let’s do a facelift.’”
Denise Richards
The actress got a breast augmentation but denies going under the knife for any other surgeries. “I have only done my boobs, and I am very open and honest about that,” she told the Daily Telegraph in 2019. “I have had the same nose if people look it up and the lips. I don’t do Botox or fillers.”
Teddi Mellencamp
The TV personality confirmed in 2019 that she underwent a breast augmentation. “They deflated after breast-feeding and weight loss so they added 210 cc implants,” she explained on Instagram.
Porsha Williams
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star proudly celebrated her breast augmentation in 2019 when she collaborated with fellow Bravo stars on the song “Work Done” for Fiber One. “If you’ve had actual work done, surgically or not, it’s a lifestyle of living better and being guilt free,” she told Glamour at the time.
Melissa Gorga
Gorga had a nose job and a breast augmentation. “If something is going to make you feel a little more confident — if you want the bump out of your nose, if you want to enhance your boobs, whatever it may be — it’s fair and it’s you,” she told Glamour. “If it makes you feel good, then good for you.”
Dina Manzo
Manzo revealed in 2019 that she “got [her] nose fixed” and made “a few tweaks” to her face two years earlier. “A smaller nose does make me look much younger & my ‘tweaks’ make me look refreshed,” she shared on Instagram.
Sonja Morgan
Morgan has been open about her proclivity for plastic surgery. She has admitted to getting liposuction, a lower facelift and a neck lift. “In this day and age, the surgery and getting things fixed is part of my self-care,” she told Us in August 2019. In July 2020, she revealed that she'd gotten a facelift and neck lift. "Gravity had taken its toll," Morgan explained as she shared before and after pics.
Dolores Catania
Us broke the news in July 2020 that Catania had a tummy tuck and liposuction. “It’s not easy and I’m tough,” she said. “It’s not my first rodeo with plastic surgery, but this one was a little rough.”
Meghan King
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum shared post-op photos of her nose job via Instagram in October 2022.
"I did it for me and I feel good. Happy 38, MK," she captioned the post, which included selfies with her face bandaged. "Praise to Dr Niccole and the team at @cosmeticare_ for my subtle but profound transformation."
