At this point, the Alpharetta Police Department needs to open a substation in Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s neighborhood. It seems like every other week, they’re getting called to the estranged couple’s residence.
Sometimes the cops get called because they’re fighting. One time it was because their dog was supposedly terrorizing the neighborhood. During their latest interaction with the police, the cops allegedly had to diffuse another one of their volatile fights.
Kim, Kroy, and the cops
According to a report from TMZ, one of Kim and Kroy’s exhausted neighbors called the cops on November 18 when they heard the Real Housewives of Atlanta alums engaged in a screaming match as Kim tried to move items out of the house.
When the cops arrived, they were able to diffuse the situation and wrote yet another incident report for their records. At this point, the cops probably have a stack of incident reports the size of a phonebook for these two.
Although this kind of fighting between Kim and Kroy isn’t new, their latest flare-up happened as their foreclosure auction looms. For months, they’ve been able to keep their mortgage at bay, but time is running out. The auction date is set for December 3.
Kroy is hoping to sell the house before it reaches that point. Just this week, they slashed the price by $300,000, bringing the total price down to $3.65 million, nearly $2 million less than its appraisal value.
According to Kroy, Kim hasn’t been easy to work with throughout this process and has been rejecting buyers all while dropping loads of money on nonessentials, like booze and designer clothes. He filed a petition with a judge in hopes of forcing the sale of the home without Kim’s stamp of approval.
Anybody else just ready for this whole saga to end?
