During the 2024 playoffs, the goaltender on in relief of Ilya Samsonov in Game 4 of the series and didn't relinquish the net after helping his team defeat the Boston Bruins in Games 5 and 6 to force a deciding Game 7.

However, injury issues have plagued Woll throughout his time as a professional goaltender and those concerns reared their ugly head when Woll wasn't able to suit up for a must-win Game 7 against Boston.
