Kim Zolciak claims her estranged husband Kroy Biermann has been spying on her at their shared home in Atlanta.
As the 46-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta alum attempts to unload the home following several price cuts, she’s claiming in recently filed court documents that Kroy, 39, has been keeping an eye on her in her personal space — and taking things that belong to her.
According to a TMZ report on October 17, Kim filed a motion against Kroy earlier this month in which she requested a judge order the former NFL player to give back the things he took.
Although Kim’s motion is sealed, insiders told the outlet that Kim believes Kroy is watching her without consent at their home, and she allegedly has proof in the form of a photo of Kroy sleeping in her closet.
While Kim and Kroy are currently residing under the same roof, a judge previously ordered Kim to the basement and allowed Kroy to remain in the master suite. Still, sources said that Kim has alleged that Kroy ventures into her room when she’s away — and removed the cameras she put in the space to make sure he did not go into the basement.
As their messy split continues, Kim wants the court to intervene so that she can get her stuff back and keep him from taking anything else that does not belong to him.
As RHOA fans may recall, Kim previously called the cops on Kroy, claiming he stole her phone and other items and locked himself in his room, which he denied. Then, during a separate incident, she again accused Kroy of stealing from her, stating that he was trying to sell her stuff for a profit, which he also denied.
Kim and Kroy split in May 2023 after 11 years of marriage. And while they attempted to reconcile their marriage in the months that followed, Kroy filed for divorce for a second time in August 2023. During an interview with TMZ last month, Kim made it clear that she is no longer open to getting back together.
“He’s always wanting to work it out. He was in my room yesterday trying to work it out,” she said at the time.
During the same interview, Kim stated that Kroy hasn’t been paying any bills for their home.
“I’m the one that pays all the bills — all the kids’ clothes, all the school clothes, most of the food we eat every other night. He has not paid a bill in that house. He’s paid two electric bills in the last eighteen months, not a cable, a water, a phone, nothing. Nothing. That man has not paid a bill in that house,” she said.
