Season 16 of Real Housewives of Atlanta promised to improve on recent seasons. The franchise had been sleepy for a while. So, Kandi Burruss, Marlo Hampton, and Sanya Richards-Ross all exited the series. But the real drama went down between RHOA newbie Brittany Eady and Kenya Moore.
Kenya was reportedly suspended from filming after an incident at the opening of her hair care spa. She allegedly displayed photos of Brittany performing a sex act at the gathering. Reportedly, there was an internal investigation to get to the bottom of what happened. There were also claims that Brittany had allegedly threatened Kenya.
Then, Kenya quit the franchise. She addressed the allegations that she showed the photos as revenge porn in an Instagram post. “***The rumors and narrative about me randomly showing nudes or revenge p is 1000% untrue. I have proof and will share soon,” she wrote.
Recently Brittany was a guest on the Love and Fly Sh*t podcast, and she discussed her feelings about Kenya’s exit. “Karma is real,” Brittany stated. “You gotta remember, what you put out; someway, somehow, will come right back and tenfold.”
Next, Brittany discussed Season 16 of RHOA. “A lot of people are going to be shocked. It gets intense.” She added, “It’s going to be a really good season. And I did not anticipate this being my first season dealing with everything you know that came along with this whole fiasco with Kenya.”
Still, Brittany said that the season still has a light-hearted feel. “I think people will be able to get to see a closer look at who I really am,” Brittany stated. So, what caused the drama between Brittany and Kenya in the first place? Brittany speculated that Kenya was jealous because she was “half her age.”
RHOA fans will have to watch Season 16 to see how all this chaos unfolded.
