RHOA Star Brit Eady Says Explicit Photo From Kenya’s Event Wasn’t Her and Explains Why She Skipped Reunion
The news broke recently that Real Housewives of Atlanta star Brit Eady skipped the filming for the reunion. Now, the newbie is opening up about her decision as well as claiming that the infamous pictures exposed at Kenya Moore‘s hair salon event were not of her. Additionally, new reports indicate that Kenya was offered a one-on-one interview special but declined it.
As fans are aware, drama has surrounded season 16 of RHOA since the summer of 2024. This is when Kenya, 54, held the grand opening for her hair spa, and reports surfaced that she’d displayed revenge porn against Brit, 37. Brittany seemingly confirmed that this happened at the time, and Kenya later said that she found the photos online.
Brit took to her Instagram Stories after the world learned that she was a no-show at the reunion. She posted, “As everyone is now aware, I’m not attending the Reunion. This was my decision. The events of this season have devastated me, and while I cannot say much right now, I do want to set the record straight about one thing: the graphic sexual photo surrounding the events in Episode 5.”
She continued, “That photo was not me. As the episode makes clear, I did not see the photo at the time. Rather, I was made aware of the photo being presented at the event, and based on what I was told, assumed that it was somehow a photo of me- which is why I reacted in the way that I did.”
The Instagram Story went on, “I do not know who was in that photo, but upon seeing it for the first time recently, I now know it was not me.”
She concluded her statement by saying, “I look forward to seeking accountability and moving past this dark part of my life. Brit.”
