Garcelle Beauvais gave an update two months after announcing her exit from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
The RHOBH alum posted to Instagram to let fans know she is booked and busy despite leaving the Bravo reality show. In addition, a new partnership was announced for the former Bravo TV personality.
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is currently between seasons, and the cast for the upcoming 15th season has not yet been announced. In addition to Beauvais, the most recent season of RHOBH starred Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Sutton Stracke, and Bozoma Saint John. Jennifer Tilly and Kathy Hilton were cast as “friends.”
Garcelle Beauvais Is On Location in Canada
In an Instagram post shared in May 2025, Beauvais, 53, lounged outdoors between shooting scenes for an upcoming project. A fenced area and swing set could be seen in the distance.
Beauvais wore her hair in waves and sported a plaid shirt and black leather jacket as she smiled at fans. “On location,” she said to her followers. She captioned the clip with, “#lunch break on location 😊#vancouver.”
Fans reacted to note how relaxed and happy Beauvais looked after cutting ties with “The Real Housewives” franchise and most of the cast.
“Always booked, always busy, always beautiful 😍😍,” one fan wrote in the comment section.
“I see the peace all over you!! And I love this for you!!! 😍😍😍😍🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼,” another fan wrote.
“Blessings Queen have fun on set 💯💪🏾,” another fan chimed in.
Beauvais did not reveal what she is working on in Canada, but she previously teased that she had several entertainment projects in the works. On May 28, Deadline reported that Beauvais is expanding a previosuly announced partnership with Lifetime with two new original movies: “Taken at a Truck Stop: A Black Girl Missing Movie,” and “Terry McMillan Presents: Tempted 2 Love.” Beauvais will star in and executive produce both TV movies.
Garcelle Beauvais Stepped Away From RHOBH to Focus on Her Family & New Projects
Beauvais announced her exit from RHOBH in an Instagram video shared with fans on March 25.
“Hi guys, I have some news,” the mother of three said in the clip. “I’ve decided to leave Beverly Hills. It’s been a wild ride. I mean, some amazing things have happened and some hard things have happened. But it’s been a ride nevertheless.”
She went on to explain that one of the reasons she was leaving the show was due to her family. “My boys,” she said, referencing her teen sons Jax and Jaid, who will enter their last year of high school this fall. Beauvais also noted that her son Jaid was starting a new career as a model and explained she wanted to “be a part of that.”
Beauvais also teased that she had some “exciting” acting and producing projects in development. “I can’t tell you anything right now but you’ll know soon,” she teased.
