RHOBH new cast member revealed as Hollywood director’s wife and Kyle Richards’ lifelong friend

THE REAL Housewives of Beverly Hills’ newest cast member has been revealed to be the wife of a major Hollywood director and Kyle Richards’ lifelong friend. 

The latest star to join the RHOBH franchise comes after The U.S. Sun first revealed that all the ladies from last season, with the exception of Garcelle Beauvais, will be back for another year of holding a diamond.

For the season 15 cast, Kyle, 56, will be joined by: Dorit Kemsley, Sutton Stracke, Erika Jayne and Bozoma Saint John. 

It was also recently announced that fashion icon, Rachel Zoe, is going to be a cast member after the success of her own Bravo show in the 2010s, The Rachel Zoe Project.

In addition to Rachel and the returning Housewives, another newcomer is joining in on the drama with the Bravo ladies. 

According to a production insider, Kyle’s longtime best friend, Christine Blackman, will be part of season 15. 

“Producers haven’t decided yet if she will be full-time or a friend of, they’re playing it by ear based on how filming goes. 

“But so far, so good. She’s a great addition and Kyle is so happy to have a confidant by her side,” the source claimed.

Christine was spotted filming with the RHOBH women this week as they flew down to Sedona, Arizona for a group cast trip. 

In the quick clip, the newbie can be seen right by Kyle’s side as the group prepared to board the desert city’s famous Pink Jeep tour. 

While Christine is a newcomer to Bravo, she’s no stranger to Hollywood or the limelight.

According to Christine’s Instagram bio, she values being a “Mom, Wife, womb whisperer, advocate, shoe aficionado, animal lover, voyager.”

She is married to big-time film and movie director Steve Blackman. 

Steve is best known as the creator and showrunner of the hit Netflix series, The Umbrella Academy. 

He also wrote, produced, and directed shows like Fargo, Legion, and Altered Carbon. 

RICH WITH RICHARDS 

Christine has been by Kyle’s side since they became friends when they were just teenagers - and are regularly spotted hanging out together both at home or on trips. 

The pair has many photos together, with some posted more recently and others appearing to be from when they were having fun in their 20s. 

Last year, Christine wished her pal a happy birthday with a carousel of photos of them together throughout the years. 

She captioned the heartfelt post: “Happy Birthday Kyle!! 

“You give so much love to your family and friends, and I hope every day you feel how loved you are!!! 

“Thank you for all your words of wisdom, your wicked sense of humor, and your kind heart. May this be the best year yet!!”

They more recently celebrated Christmas Eve together alongside their families. 

Bravo has yet to confirm the season 15 RHOBH cast and has not released a premiere date. 

However, with production currently filming, the show is expected to come back in late Fall or early Winter.
