Erika Jayne gave fans a full look at her newly redesigned home in Los Angeles ahead of the 15th season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
The Bravo TV personality opened her door for a video tour with People magazine in June 2025. Jayne told the outlet that her interior designer, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, helped create a space that emulates “1920s glamour.”
Highlights in the glamorous home include vaulted ceilings, dramatic black and white palm-printed wallpaper, and an Old Hollywood “sexy movie” star bedroom, which leads out to a garden and cabana.
Jayne noted that the outdoor space, which also features a DJ booth, is her favorite part of the house. “We’re ready for a dance party, we’re ready for an impromptu cocktail party, we’re ready for friends, we’re ready for a dip in the pool,” the “Pretty Mess” singer said in the video. “This is really what L.A. living is about.”

Erika Jayne Revealed Why She Chose Martyn Lawrence Bullard to Redesign Her Home
Jayne previosuly lived in an $8 million Pasadena mansion with her husband, Tom Girardi, before moving to the much smaller home. During an appearance on the RHOBH AfterShow, the singer noted that she had to stay on a budget for the redesign amid her split from Girardi.
“We knew we wanted to do some renovations, but we’re on a budget,” she said. “I have no problem saying that because I lived many years not on a budget. Well, yes, there was a budget, but it was bigger. Now it’s smaller, but that’s okay because it’s all mine.”
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star admitted she never thought Bullard would take on her project due to her smaller budget. “I looked online at several interior designers, and Martyn’s style spoke to me, and there was no chance that this man was going to do this. Like, zero chance,” she said. “I was blown away [that he said yes]. I still kind of am.”
Erika Jayne Spotted Her Living Room Table on the RHOBH Reunion Set
Jayne’s renovation project was underway when she was filming “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” last season. One piece that was shown was a modern oversized round coffee table.
While filming the RHOBH reunion in February, Jayne noted that a prop on the set resembled her furniture. “Is that my living room table?” she asked in the middle of the reunion.
In a thread on the r/RHOBH subreddit, some fans note that the same table was also used for the RHOBH season 13 reunion. Some fans joked that perhaps Bravo rented it from Erika Jayne.
