Jennifer Tilly thinks someone “fabulous” will be added to the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast following the departure of Garcelle Beauvais. Two months after the longtime RHOBH cast member announced she was leaving the show, Tilly teased that she sent some casting recommendations Bravo’s way.
“I did recommend a bunch of people, but I don’t know what’s going to happen,” Tilly told TooFab in a May 2025 interview. “I think they’re adding one… It’s all super private. But I think they have a really good pool to choose from. I think whoever comes in is going to be really fabulous.”
In addition to Tilly and Beauvais, the last season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” featured Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Sutton Stracke, Bozoma Saint John, and Kathy Hilton.
Jennifer Tilly Has Some Concerns About Garcelle’s Departure
Tilly, who joined the RHOBH cast in season 14 amid her close friendship with Stracke, noted that it could be difficult for Stracke with Beauvais gone. In addition, Stracke has parted ways with her longtime assistant Avi Gabay, who was often featured on the show with her.
“There’s been a big shift, because Avi is no longer coming back, Garcelle’s not coming back,” Tilly told TooFab. “I think it’s gonna be hard on Sutton because Sutton and Garcelle were so close and I think that’s gonna be difficult for Sutton.”
“I gather there’s going to be one or two new, exciting Housewives,” she added. “Some of the pre-existing Housewives have some challenges that are well documented in the tabloid media. So I think it’s going to be a powder keg next season.”
Jennifer Tilly Did Not Confirm If She Will Return to RHOBH
Tilly has played coy on whether she will return to RHOBH as a “friend” next season—or perhaps as a full-time Housewife.
In a March 2025 interview with The Cut, Tilly admitted she was originally brought onto RHOBH so Stracke would have more “allies.” She opted to join the cast in a “friend” of role so she could have a lower commitment and dip in and out of scenes.
“They’ve been asking me to be on Housewives, or if I was interested, for several years,” the “Chucky” actress admitted. “ I would be like, ‘Oh, it seems so toxic,’ so I wasn’t willing to dive in. …I kind of got to pick which I wanted, and picked ‘friend of’ because I thought it would be less stressful.”
