In a March 2025 interview with Vogue, the former Netflix CMO revealed that after she decided to leave the corporate world and contemplated what to do next, Bravo came calling at exactly the right time.

“I took a few meetings about potential jobs but nothing felt like anything I wanted to do,” she shared. “ So I decided to build my hair and beauty company [Eve By Boz], and in the middle of that came the opportunity for the Housewives.“

“It was kind of funny,” Saint John, 48, continued. “Because they were like, ‘We’ve been trying to get to you for years.’ But I wouldn’t have done it in the past—I had too much going on.”

Saint John joined the RHOBH cast in season 14 alongside veterans Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, and “friends” Jennifer Tilly and Kathy Hilton.

In November 2024, she told Glamour magazine that she was excited to show a new side of herself after years as a business executive. “We’re all in our late 40s and 50s,” she said of her co-stars. “It’s such a specific time in life.”

“I just think that this is such a fabulous time in life where it’s like, okay, I’ve done a lot of my career, or some of the women have raised their kids, and now you’re at this inflection point in life where things are changing,” she added. “It certainly is true for me. I couldn’t think of a better scenario to showcase my own inflection point.”

Despite some wicked cast fights during filming, Saint John told Vogue she had a “great” time during her first season as a Housewife.

“I enjoy the women, I enjoy the banter, and the conflicts are really fascinating to me,” she said. “It’s great to be a single mom who is raising a Black 15-year-old girl, and getting to show what that’s like on TV.

Bozoma Saint John Wants to Return for Season 15

With season 14 in the books and the reunion filmed already filmed, Saint John is looking toward the show’s milestone 15th season. In a March 2025 interview on Bravo’s “Hot Mic” podcast,  she told host Alex Baskin she had no intention of being a one-season cast member.

“I don’t do anything just for one season. You know?” she said on the podcast. “I feel like my life and my experiences are building blocks on each other. And as long as I feel like this is a mutually beneficial relationship, then we’re good.”

“I don’t want to come in and be like one and done or feel like, oh my gosh I didn’t really get a great experience,” the RHOBH cast member added.
