RHOBH’s Dorit Kemsley’s Husband PK Hires Britney Spears’ Former Lawyer Amid Divorce

Things just got very real for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband, PK Kemsley. PK just hired powerhouse divorce attorney Marci Levine —yes, the same attorney who represented Britney Spears during her headline-making split from Kevin Federline. This move makes it clear that PK is gearing up for a serious legal fight.

According to The U.S. Sun, Marci Levine will put her expertise to work for PK in his increasingly tense split from Dorit. Levine, a partner at Summers Levine, LLP, has decades of experience with complex custody and financial cases. She helped finalize Britney’s divorce from K. Fed back in 2007 after high-profile attorney Laura Wasser left the case.

PK’s decision follows Dorit’s April divorce filing after nine years of marriage. In her filing, Dorit asked for sole legal and physical custody of their two children, along with spousal support.

However, PK’s playing hardball. According to recent court documents, he’s seeking joint custody and asking the court to deny Dorit’s request for spousal support. He’s also waived his own right to it.

The split had already begun unfolding on Season 14 of RHOBH, where Dorit admitted she’s preparing for a rocky divorce. She filed just one day after PK was photographed kissing The Amazing Race alum, Shana Wall.

Meanwhile, financial troubles continue to haunt the former couple. They recently avoided foreclosure by paying off $300,000 in overdue mortgage payments. But their $8 million Encino mansion could still be at risk.

That’s because the home is owned under an LLC tied to Dorit — and it’s been suspended by California’s Franchise Tax Board. During the RHOBH Season 14 reunion, Dorit addressed the foreclosure rumors. “That’s the way [PK] does business,” she told Andy Cohen. “Until they give him his call back, he’s not going to pay.”

Dorit’s Season 12 tagline was, “You can take all my things, and you won’t have taken a thing that matters.” It will remain to be seen if she still feels that way if PK and Marci ultimately decide to set their sights on her RHOBH earnings.
