Sutton Stracke isn’t backing down on her financial claims against Dorit Kemsley after blasting her castmate as “Poorit” on the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
After declaring that she had a bigger wallet than Dorit, 48, during a meal with their co-stars, Sutton, 53, slammed Dorit as phony and a “liar” as Kyle Richards, 56, said their drama was one of Sutton’s “worst” moments, Bozoma Saint John, 48, called out Sutton’s behavior as “disgusting,” and Dorit shaded her for consistently being “horrible.”
“In the moment, don’t regret it. I was mad. I reacted in a very aggressive way with the lowest insult that I could come up with in my brain,” Sutton explained on the February 25 episode of the RHOBH: After Show. “[But] I don’t think anything hurts Dorit because I don’t think she listens.”
According to Sutton, Dorit only pretends to be well-off.
“She’s one of the phoniest people I’ve ever met in my life. If you pretend you have all these fancy clothes and you’ve got all this jewelry on, all these bags, go on trips, and you owe the IRS money and your house is in foreclosure, I have so little respect for you,” she stated.
Sutton went on to point out that Dorit and Paul “PK” Kemsley, 57, “can’t decide” whether they’re going to divorce as she noted that, “All I see are lies.”
“I cannot deal with that kind of person,” Sutton declared. “If she had just come to us and said, ‘Y’all, you know what? We’re in a financial struggle. I am in a marriage that’s not working,’ it is much more likable and relatable to me than to just pretend like everything is perfect … That’s what my problem is with her.”
Looking back on her own split from Christian Stracke, Sutton admitted to cutting back.
“I’ve dropped several boards because I can’t afford to have all the boards … I did that because I had to,” she revealed. “I struggle with my Augusta house all the time. It’s a lot to upkeep that house. I just made a decision to move from my — and I know this sounds real stupid, but I’m still being very honest — my apartment in New York. I downgraded, so I can live the way I want to in an honest way.”
“[Dorit] shows up head to toe in some designer like she paid for it … I just want her to be truthful,” Sutton added.
And Garcelle Beauvais, 58, agreed, saying, “It would be nice if she’d said, ‘Yeah, we’re having a hard time in our marriage,” while looking back at the moment in which Dorit told Andy Cohen, 56, that she and PK were “better than ever.”
“Liar!” Sutton replied.
Then, as Boz described Sutton’s “wallet” comment to Dorit as “disgusting,” “horrible,” and a “low blow,” and noted that she would’ve never mentioned money if she had “class,” Kyle confessed, “I was horrified.”
“This was one of Sutton’s worst moments,” she shared. “How did you get your money, Sutton? It’s not exactly bragging rights. I mean, are we gonna sit there and say we’re basing all of our value on who we are as a person by how much money is in our bank account? Because then also, Sutton can sit down, too.”
Elsewhere, Dorit reflected on her harsh encounter with Sutton.
“I know how low she’s capable of going,” she noted. “It’s the same woman that very callously, abruptly interrupted me when I was pouring out my heart about my child. It’s the same woman that has consistently stuck out her hand and then slapped me in the face.”
“The only thing consistent I’ve seen is consistently horrible to me,” she added.
