David Beador has dropped his restraining order against estranged wife Lesley Beador.

After the 60-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County alum and former husband of Shannon Beador, 61, filed for divorce in June, accusing Lesley, 41, of physically attacking him and claiming she had alleged that he was secretly gay, David has requested that the court dismiss his request.

In a report shared by Us Weekly on July 10, it was confirmed that after being granted a temporary restraining order against Lesley at a June 17 hearing, David and his lawyer appeared in court, where David testified and revealed he was no longer seeking protection against his spouse.

At the conclusion of the hearing, which Lesley did not attend, his petition was dismissed.

As for his request for divorce, David pressed on, requesting joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Anna Love Beador, 4, and asking that their prenuptial agreement be enforced. According to the report, the prenup awards Lesley with $10,000 a month in support for half the duration of their four-year marriage.

David wants to maintain use of his and Lesley’s Orange County home and suggested in his documents that Lesley stay at their residence in Montana, near where they were spotted together earlier this month.

Also in his paperwork, David accused Lesley of being a “pathological liar” who would “state under penalty of perjury literally anything that will benefit her,” and he claimed to have dealt with “countless incidents of domestic violence and abuse” for the sake of remaining close to Anna.

During one instance earlier this year, David said he was physically attacked by Lesley, sharing that she had “[gouged] large chunks of skin out of [his] arm.”

“Lesley actually shoved her fingers into my mouth attempting to silence me and later developed a self-serving narrative that I unilaterally bit her fingers!” he continued, adding that she slapped him at least four times and providing photos of his alleged injuries.

“Lesley and I have had many ups and downs in our marital relationship, with prior [divorce petitions] filed and dismissed and domestic violence restraining orders,” David explained. “In our case [it’s] not just a cliché that Lesley married me for my money. In our case it is a fact, she has made that very clear to me literally.”

Meanwhile, in her own court documents last year, Lesley accused David of being verbally abusive and creating a hostile environment at their home.

David was married to Shannon, with whom he shares three children, from 2000 to 2017.
