Jennifer Pedranti is currently filming for Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19. According to recent reports, Jennifer might need this paycheck. Allegedly, Jennifer and her business partner failed to pay their rent at their Yoga studio.
And now, the courts would like a word, as would their landlord, whom Jennifer and her partner still purportedly owe.
RHOC’s Jennifer Pedranti owes over $150k in landlord and attorney fees

According to In Touch, Jennifer, her ex-husband, William Pedranti, and two unnamed business partners were sued by Plaza El Paseo Center. For those not in the know, Plaza El Paseo Center is the landlord of the spot that houses their yoga studio. This lawsuit alleges that Jennifer, William, and their partners failed to pay rent owed on the property they first leased in 2019. In court, the landlord claimed that the defendants paid their $18,000 deposit and then agreed to pay $4,651 in monthly rent.
“On November 1, 2023, and continuing thereafter, Defendants, and each of them, failed to pay the rent obligations due and owing under the Lease in full on time,” the suit claimed. The landlord also noted that these defendants knew about their debts. Thankfully, Jennifer and her partners settled the following year.
As part of their settlement, Jennifer and the other defendants agreed to pay $160,000 to resolve this matter. These payments would arrive in rounds, with three payments of $25,000, followed by a final payment of $85,026. But, according to their landlord, the defendants only paid the first payment of $25,000, and then, crickets.
Therefore, their landlord filed new court documents citing their breached deal. The landlord then asked the court to enter a judgment of $160,000 against the defendants. On April 2, the judge presiding over this case granted the landlord’s motion to enforce the settlement.
The defendants now owe “the principal amount of $160,026.60,” plus attorneys’ fees and costs totaling $5,950.27. Good luck, all.
