Jennifer Pedranti is firing back at her ex-husband, William Pedranti, after he accused her of harassment and invasion of privacy in newly filed court documents.

RHOC Star Jennifer Pedranti Warns of the "REAL Truth" as She Shades Ex-Husband Will as "Unbelievable" for Accusing Her of Harassment and Invasion of Privacy as He Requests Spousal Support Be Terminated and Child Support Be Lowered

As he requested the court terminate his spousal support payments and lower his child support payments, William, 52, who was married to Jennifer, 47, from 2002 until 2021, accused Jennifer of ruining his reputation by lying about him on The Real Housewives of Orange County and suggested he had a “significant reduction in” income because of his “employer needing to conserve capital resources.”

According to court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly on October 21, William, an attorney and the CEO of Visgenx, said he made $5,546 in wages and $12,740 in self-employment income in September and has $14,320 in monthly expenses.

Meanwhile, he claims Jennifer is making $8,000 per month for RHOC and other endeavors.

William was ordered to pay Jennifer $1,735 per month in spousal support and $4,674 per month in child support when they settled their divorce in June. They also agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their four minor children, including Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic, who resided with Jennifer at the time.

In his new motion, however, William has revealed that Dawson began living with him in March and that he covers his expenses in full, including his car payment, auto insurance, health insurance, cell phone, gas, and food. Because of this, William wants his child support reduced by the $587 he was ordered to pay for his son.

William then signaled Jennifer’s April engagement to Ryan Boyajian, 46, sharing that she moved in with him after struggling to pay for her own place.

“She moved in with Ryan because she did not pay rent on her lease [at a home in Ladera Ranch, California]. I am not party to the lease agreement. Jennifer signed the lease agreement without first notifying me. If she had notified me beforehand, I would not have agreed to the terms of the lease (particularly the amount). We agreed to an uneven split of the amount of the rent since the children would be living there. Jennifer was not able to contribute anything toward the rent, and therefore, the rent was not able to be paid,” he wrote, noting that Jennifer doesn’t have a lot of bills since she lives with Ryan.

He then accused Jennifer of consistently harassing him and trying to meet face-to-face after he “[asked] her to stop” and requested she not visit him at his home.

“This is harassment and an invasion of my privacy,” William said, pointing to two visits he received from Jennifer, one of which occurred on August 29.

According to William, Jennifer has violated a provision in their divorce that required them to refrain from disparaging one another.

“[Jennifer] made multiple disparaging comment and lies about me on the Bravo TV show as well as in national media interviews. Including negative comments about my relationship with my kids. My reputation has been adversely affected by this. I have also had to have conversations with the children about it as well,” he claimed, noting that Jennifer spoke publicly about his finances and “information that was shared with her,” which caused “damage to his reputation.”

Following the filing of William’s court documents, Jennifer responded to a post shared by Bravo Snark Side on Instagram.

“…It’s funny. I went to his door asking if he ever intended paying the support for the kids and I.. He blocks ALL forms of communication and uses our children’s phones to communicate,” she revealed.

She then issued a warning, saying, “I’ve actually never spoke the REAL truth and have protected a lot that has gone on. Truly unbelievable.”
