RHOC’s Gretchen Rossi Reveals What Plastic Surgery She Has Had

Gretchen Rossi is making her return to The Real Housewives of Orange County. She originally starred on RHOC Seasons 4-8. She left on a personal high note, becoming engaged to her long-time love Slade Smiley.

Now, Gretchen is back a decade later. Still happily engaged. What a win for the mother-of-one, who shares a five-year-old daughter Skyler with Slade. Speaking of looking fantastic on camera, the reality TV star is teasing her plastic surgery portfolio.

In a sneak peek for Season 19, Episode 2, shared exclusively by Bravo’s The Daily Dish, Gretchen’s past confessional looks were shared in a flashback montage. It led to a conversation about what work she has had done since 2008.

“Ta-da! Bet you never thought you’d see me again, but here I am, in all my glory. It’s been 11 years since I’ve been sitting in this chair,” she teased.

Gretchen continued, “I would say I look like I’ve been frozen in time, right? And no plastic surgery!”

That includes any breast augmentation or implants. She gestured to her breasts and added, “not even these suckers.”

Gretchen may be returning to Real Housewives of Orange County without plastic surgery, but she’s bringing the drama. Season 19 promises to be a reckoning of sorts between Tamra Judge and Gretchen, who sparred more often than not the last time they were on-screen together.
