Real Housewives of Orange County’s Jennifer Pedranti has had her fair share of drama since joining the show in Season 17. Fans watched her navigate a rocky relationship with boyfriend Ryan Boyajian, all while dealing with friction among the cast.
Off-camera, she’s faced even more turbulence – including a legal battle over unpaid rent. But now, that situation appears to be behind her.
Jennifer Pedranti’s legal issues with her former landlord are resolved

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, a landlord’s lawsuit against Jenn ended with a dismissal on June 10. Qian Gao, who rented Jenn a home in Orange County, dropped the case after the two resolved it through mediation.
Qian claimed Jenn moved out in January 2024, still owing $15,000 in unpaid rent. She said Jenn “terminated” the lease early and agreed to a payment plan “to pay $1,000 on the first of every month starting in February 2024 and $4,000 on December 31, 2024.” The suit stated Jenn paid $4,850 toward the balance. But, she still owed $10,050.
Qian also requested an additional $1,850 for travel costs. She lives in China and said she’d need to appear in person. She claimed the home needed $3,000 in repairs and cleaning. Jenn reportedly paid $4,200 toward those expenses, and her ex-husband contributed another $650. In total, Qian said Jenn still owed around $12,000.
This wasn’t Jenn’s only legal issue this year. She, her ex-husband, and their business partners were sued over unpaid rent at their yoga studio. That ongoing divorce is also messy.
A judge ordered them to pay more than $165,000 in that dispute. They had agreed to settle for $160,000, but the landlord claimed they only made one $25,000 payment. On April 2, a judge enforced the full settlement after they missed payments.
Jenn’s fiancé, Ryan, also made headlines recently. He was briefly linked to a gambling investigation involving a friend allegedly running a bookmaking operation. Sources say Ryan received immunity in exchange for his testimony.
Season 19 is on the way, so more of this money drama could play out on screen.
