RHOC’s Vicki Gunvalson alleges Teresa Giudice backs a class-action lawsuit against Tamra Judge, responds to Tamra being sued by Ryan, questions if Jennifer Pedranti might be fired over it, and discusses Bravo contracts and producer involvement in lawsuits

Vicki Gunvalson reacted to Tamra Judge being sued by Ryan Boyajian for claims she made against him on last week’s Watch What Happens Live while appearing on a podcast this week.

RHOC's Vicki Gunvalson Claims Teresa Giudice Supports Class Action Lawsuit Against Tamra Judge, Reacts to Tamra Getting Sued by Ryan and Questions if Jennifer Pedranti Could Be Fired Over It, Plus If Bravo Contract Blocks Lawsuits and Producer Involvement

After Ryan, 46, served Tamra, 57, with court documents for suggesting he had stolen money from Los Angeles Dodgers player Shohei Ohtani, 30, the 62-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County alum revealed that she heard from a number of other Real Housewives, including Kelly Dodd, 49, Jill Zarin, 60, and Teresa Giudice, 52, who reportedly discussed a class action case against her.

“I just got a call from Kelly, and I got a text message from Jill Zarin and Teresa that Teresa texted Kelly. She’s like, ‘Go after her! Do the class action! Do all this!’” Vicki revealed on My Friend, My Soulmate, My Podcast, via Bye Wig Hello Drama on Instagram. “And Jill’s like, ‘She’s mean.’ Everybody’s coming at me.”

“Tamra’s getting it. Rightfully so,” she added.

According to Vicki, Ryan has been nothing but kind to her and her boyfriend, Michael Smith. And when it comes to his treatment of fiancée Jennifer Pedranti, 47, she’s impressed.

“He’s been so great to Michael and I, and whatever his business dealings are, we’ll never know. People don’t know my business dealings. The viewers only know what we film or what people wanna talk about. I only come from a place of kindness and nice, and I love how he loves Jenn. So that’s to me a big thing,” she noted. “[He] took in her and her five kids. I just think that he deserves his voice.”

After watching Katie Ginella‘s “stupid” dinner party on last week’s RHOC, Vicki found herself wondering why Tamra puts her nose in everyone’s business and suspecting she doesn’t have her own storyline.

“Why did Tamra make [Shannon Beador]’s DUI her business? Why does she now make Ryan’s situation her business? Does she not have anything going on in her life?” she asked. “It’s called a reality show. A reality show doesn’t go into other people’s junk. Stay true to who you are, and show your loving relationship and your business and your kids.”

Although Vicki was supportive of Ryan’s case against Tamra, she admitted to wondering if it would impact Jennifer’s employment.

“Bravo obviously doesn’t like lawsuits,” she noted. “Jenn is associated with Ryan. What will Bravo think of this? Are they gonna say, ‘Don’t sue or you don’t have your job anymore?’ … I don’t know if he’s gonna go forward with it. I haven’t talked to Jenn, but I think that’s a worry of hers.”

As the episode continued, Vicki mentioned Gretchen Rossi, 45, and a case she filed against a man years ago who had publicly defamed her and accused her of being unfaithful to her late fiancé, Jeff Beitzel.

“Gretchen even called me yesterday,” she continued. “Gretchen set the precedent for lawsuits of a public figure.”

As for their Bravo contracts, Vicki confirmed there is something in their paperwork that says you can’t sue a fellow Real Housewives cast member.

“However, if you are being defamed wrongfully, why would that prohibit somebody from going after you?” she asked.

In closing, Vicki, who said she could’ve sued the network a million times for the many false statements she faced on the show, stated that she is unsure of what Tamra is doing to her co-stars.

“I don’t know why she’s going after people like this. Nobody else is. So she feels it upon herself. I don’t know if producers are pushing her, but they know Tamra’s got a mouth, and Tamra, she’ll repeat it,” she added.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
