RHOM Star Lisa Hochstein Reacts to Lenny’s Split and Throws Shade at Katharina Nahlik, Plus She “Likes” His IG Photo, and Shares Cryptic Post About Being “Healed”

Lisa Hochstein took to the comment section of an Instagram post about Lenny Hochstein‘s split to shade his former fiancée, Katharina Nahlik.

Years after the Real Housewives of Miami star, 42, accused the plastic surgeon, 58, and Austrian model, 29, of an affair, Lisa reacted to news of their breakup by shading Katharina as an opportunist as she also “liked” a recent post shared by her estranged husband.

“Always looking for an opportunity,” Lisa wrote in a comment to a post shared by Bravo Snark Side on Instagram, along with emoji that seemed to further shade her as thirsty.

As RHOM fans may have seen, rumors of a potential breakup between Lenny and Katharina began swirling on Instagram days ago after Katharina shared and quickly deleted a video of herself mouth-to-mouth with another man — and with her engagement ring nowhere in sight. 

Then, on Wednesday, the former couple confirmed their breakup with separate statements to Page Six.

“We recently ended our engagement,” Lenny revealed. “I have decided to move forward with my life … [But wish her] nothing but the best [and have] nothing but love and admiration for Katharina and her family.”

“[I] will be forever grateful for the time [we] spent together,” he added.

In her own statement, Katharina said they “mutually decided to end [their] engagement last month” and did so “amicably.”

“While we both cherished our time together, we have decided to move forward independently. I have nothing but gratitude in my heart for the beautiful two years we spent together,” she stated.

Amid the news of Lenny’s split, as seen in a screenshot shared by Taste of Reality on Instagram, Lisa was caught “liking” a photo he shared of their two children, daughter Elle and son Logan, on their first day of school.

“Also, looks like Lenny and Lisa are cordial again??” the outlet asked with the post.

Also on social media, Lisa appeared to give a nod to her messy breakup from Lenny with a meme.

“My side of the story doesn’t matter anymore … Life happened, it hurt, I healed, but most importantly I learned who deserves a seat at my table and who will never sit at it again,” her message read.
