RHONJ: Jeff Lewis Slams Danielle Cabral’s 'Boujie Kids' Clothing Line, Calling Brand “White Trash” as Melissa Gorga and Fans React

On his Jeff Lewis Has Issues podcast, Jeff shared his opinion on Danielle’s brand while speaking to her co-star Melissa.

“After watching ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ season 14… the Boujie Kidz … Do we have a throw-up sound effect?” Jeff asked, via Heavy. “Awful.”

“I would never dress my kid in that,” he said of his own daughter Monroe, 7. “Never. No. They would turn her away at the gates of her school … For all those little white trash kids that need clothes, just go right on in.”

But Melissa defended her co-star and friend. “I thought they were cute. The kids were cute,” she said.

When asked if Melissa is planning to sell Danielle’s brand at her Envy boutique, Melissa answered, “I don’t sell kids clothes.”

Jeff then asked if Danielle “purposely” didn’t sell children’s clothes to not “have to” sell the brand.

“No!” she exclaimed.

On Instagram, some fans weren’t happy with Jeff’s words.

“Why are you destroying someone’s brand?” said one viewer.

“Not very professional to come after someone’s work. You don’t like it. …but you attack someone’s living? Wow,” wrote another.

“Those kids were adorable and so were the outfits. There are a LOT of kids who like to dress like that. Let them be,” shared a different user.

“This is such a snob view. Those children were excited about the clothing and experience!” added a fourth commenter.

One fan called Jeff a “pot stirrer,” and others slammed him for calling any kid “white trash.”

Speaking with Distractify in 2023, Danielle shared that her children inspired her passion for kids’ fashion: “I love dressing my kids over the top, my daughter, my son, I always did.”
