RHONJ Personality Gives Update on Her Love Life

Real Housewives of New Jersey” personality Kim DePaola gave an update about her dating life.

During a January 2025 interview on the “Reality Court” podcast, DePaola said she has “been single for a very long time.” She explained that she has not focused on dating after the death of her boyfriend in 2012. She said her late partner “was the love of [her] life.”

“My boyfriend of 13 years passed away. And I’ve been single now for 12 years,” said DePaola.

She said while she misses her late partner, having a boyfriend is “so much work.”

“It’s too much work for me,” said DePaola during the interview.

She said, however, that she does share kisses with potential romantic partners. As an example, she said that she recently had a romantic moment with a judge.

“I do kiss them a little bit,” said DePaola.

She also said she tried to use dating apps “for a while.” She said, however, that she believes that she will find her next romantic partner through friends.

“I think I’m going to meet someone through people,” said DePaola during the interview.

DePaola said she was interested in meeting a significant other in 2025 during a December 2024 episode of RHONJ star Teresa Giudice‘s podcast, “Turning the Tables.”

“I would like to meet a man. I would like to meet my twin flame,” said DePaola on Giudice’s podcast.

Kim DePaola Spoke About Her Late Partner in a 2018 Interview

DePaola spoke about her late partner in a 2018 interview on “Face the Truth,” as reported by BravoTV.com.

 “It was a fairytale relationship. Fairytale, he’s the one. Instead of flowers, he knew I loved animals, he’d get a dog,” said DePaola during the 2018 interview.

She also said they “had a beautiful life” and “traveled all the time” on “private jets [and] helicopters.”

Kim DePaola Made Claims About the Future of RHONJ

As Bravo fans are aware, RHONJ has been put on pause following its 14th season. While speaking to OK! Magazine in February 2025, DePaola made claims about the future of the series. According to DePaola, the entire RHONJ season 14 cast “were all officially released from their contracts due to it having been six months since they wrapped any filming related to RHONJ.” She said, however, that “three of the women were given letters by the network to keep them engaged/as a token of good faith to show they’re still interested in working with them.”

“This isn’t necessarily for RHONJ, but they will be working with three of the women in some capacity going forward,” said DePaola to the publication.

She also noted that “Bravo and Andy Cohen have repeatedly said, nothing will be decided in terms of RHONJ until 2026.”
