It has felt like an eternity since we’ve seen the Real Housewives of New Jersey on our screens, but they’re always in our hearts. Who knows what the cast of RHONJ Season 15 will look like, but we hope we get to see it sooner rather than later.
Margaret Josephs is one of the RHONJ ladies who quickly made herself known as a star despite not being an OG. Who could forget when she pushed that man into the pool and then proudly rubbed it in Danielle Staub’s face? Icon behavior. Now, Marge is continuing to be iconic by supporting the LGBTQ+ community during Pride month.
Margaret Josephs stands with the LGBTQ+ community
Marge posted a video of herself giving a speech at a Pride celebration in Englewood, New Jersey, that was as heartfelt as it gets. “To my LGBTQ+ friends, family and community members, my message is simple but clear. I love you and I stand with you,” she said.
Then, Margaret went on to acknowledge the fear that many LGBTQ+ folks may have this year in particular. “If you are scared and I know many of you are, I want you to hear me clearly. You are not alone,” she continued. “So many of us are here ready to support you, fight alongside you and protect you.”
Finally, Marge poked fun at her own temper to demonstrate her unwavering support. “If anyone messes with you, they’re messing with me and trust me, nobody wants that. Ask my husband and everybody on the show,” she said. “If you’re screwing wih the gays, you’re screwing with the Marge.” Love that. Happy Pride!
