RHONJ’s Melissa Gorga Suffers ‘Major Car Accident’

The Real Housewives of New Jersey is still on pause following a disastrous Season 14. While fans wait for news about the RHONJ casting process, Melissa Gorga is moving forward. Her businesses are thriving. However, Melissa was recently involved in a scary car accident that left the Jersey star shaken.

Recently, Melissa celebrated the six-month anniversary of her cookie company, Let’s Sprinkle by MG. In addition, there were rumors that she was going to appear on Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition.

Plus, she has her boutiques, Envy, and her own podcast. However, after this incident, Melissa is grateful that she walked away from this frightening crash.

“So, I got in a car accident today. I’ve never in my life been in this bad of an accident. I was at the dry cleaner, I pulled out, somebody came, T-boned me,” Melissa explained in a video posted via her Instagram. “My airbags exploded, white powder started flying into my face from the airbags. Car was leaking something. I was so nervous. I couldn’t get out.”

She added, “I was like in shock. My door wouldn’t open because of the airbag, and I was scared that it was like gonna blow up.” That sounds terrifying.

Melissa continued, “I’m okay. The other car’s okay – thank God. My legs are all bruised up. I’m pretty bruised up everywhere pretty bad.” She panned the camera to show some bruises on her legs.

“And like it could just happen to anyone at any time, and just a really scary day. So, let’s just … I don’t know, it’s making me, like I’m a little, I’m like shaky from it. And I just think it’s, you know, makes you count your blessings,” Melissa explained, still visibly upset from the incident.

“It could have ended up very differently, right? So, instead of being upset that I’m bruised up and I’m annoyed and my car’s wrecked, I am gonna be happy that I’m alive and that I came home to my kids tonight,” she added.
