RHONY newcomer Rebecca Minkoff bristles at Scientology question and boasts of $100M company in season 15 trailer... after castmate branded her 'boring'

The Real Housewives Of New York City gave fans a glimpse of the show's cast members in a new trailer for the upcoming season that was released on Tuesday.

Real Housewives Of New York City fans were introduced to new cast member Rebecca Minkoff (R) in a new trailer for season 15 released Tuesday

The preview prominently featured newcomer Rebecca Minkoff, who is joining season 15 as a 'Friend' of the show.

The 43-year-old fashion designer stood up for herself in the preview as she boasted of starting a 'hundred-million-dollar company' after costar Brynn Whitfield mocked her by insinuating that her eponymous fashion brand produced low-class products.

However, when she was asked about being a practicing Scientologist, she dodged the question.

Rebecca had a chance to make her mark in the preview after her costar Sai De Silva was caught on hot mic in May as she bemoaned that Rebecca was 'boring' on the series.

Rebecca seemed to be a hit with some of her castmates, including the model Ubah Hassan, who joked, 'I know your name like I know Coca-Cola.'

But Brynn was seen in another scene bashing Rebecca to a male friend.

'I don't know if you've ever heard of her,' she began, before plunging the dagger in. 'If you were just at Nordstrom Rack you probably saw her stuff.'

'Whatever, I built a hundred-million-dollar company,' Rebecca said in scene of her having lunch with Erin Lichy that was juxtaposed with the earlier clip.

'Yeah, good for you,' Erin replied.

Despite Brynn's catty comment about Rebecca, she popped up in a later scene sitting next to the fashion company founder in a helicopter, while Jessel Taank sat across from them.

Brynn leaned in toward Rebecca to query, 'If people ask us about the Scientology s***, what do you want us to say?'

'No comment?' Rebecca replied shakily.

Elsewhere in the preview, her fellow newcomer Racquel Chevremont got her own introduction.

The openly queer art curator and model shared a laugh with fashion designer Jenna Lyons, who reminisced about a time in the past when both were 'dating men.'

'We were married to men!' Racquel corrected her before they both burst into laughter.

'Whatever, I built a hundred-million-dollar company,' Rebecca said in scene of her having lunch with Erin Lichy that was juxtaposed with the earlier clip

'How did you like that?' asked another woman with them.

'Not enough!' Racquel added through her giggles.

She popped up again in a playful scene in which she wore what looked like a dog collar with a fuzzy pink sweater.

'Let's take you out on a walk,' said another woman, which elicited some comical panting from Racquel, who flashed her tongue for emphasis.

Later, Ubah caught Jenna on FaceTime while some of the women were dining out together.

'What was that about you having a crush on who?' she asked, and Jenna replied, 'We cannot deny that Racquel is hot.'

Jenna and Racquel were later seen leaning on each other and laughing in a subsequent scene.

But it was only misdirection, as Jenna later revealed a massive 'engagement ring' on her finger, which was presumably from her partner, the photographer Cass Bird.

'Here is a diamond ring the size of China,' Rebecca said.

Jenna also seemed to be in conflict with Sai, as she bluntly mentioned to her at a party that she had heard Sai was in 'therapy.'

Later, Ubah caught Jenna on FaceTime while some of the women were dining out together. 'What was that about you having a crush on who?' she asked, and Jenna replied, 'We cannot deny that Racquel is hot'

'F*** off,' Sai shot back with a strained smile.

Later, she was seen shouting, 'Not today, Satan!'

Erin Lichy revealed there was some drama with her husband Abe, a lawyer, with a dinner confrontation.

'You have been lying to me. That’s f***ed up!' she said in anger while at a restaurant.

In another scene, she mockingly said, 'What’s wrong with you? Are you, like, dumb?'

That appeared to prompt him to walk out on her.

Later, Erin was seen in tears as she confessed to Brynn: 'It’s rocking me, and I’m just not OK.'

Jessel was mostly in the background of the preview, but she did share scene with her husband, Pavit Randhawa, in which he declared that there were 'no more kids' in their future.

'What if we have the next Beyoncé or the next Elon Musk?' she asked him playfully.

'I'm OK to say bye to Beyoncé, but Elon Musk I'll take,' he replied, which made her jaw drop in shock.

The trailer characterized her as a 'pigeon,' and seemed to portray her as the person spreading much of the gossip among the other Real Housewives.
