Erin believed going from a family of five to six would be “seamless.”

At the time, Erin opened up to People about “adding another act to the circus,” which she anticipated would be a “seamless” transition.

“Three versus four kids doesn’t seem so scary,” she explained.

Erin recalled realizing she was pregnant after becoming “super sensitive to smells.”

Although she experienced a “rough” first trimester and felt “exhausted and nauseous all the time,” it was “not so bad” by the time she broke the news.

She gushed about her cravings for “cold drinks, Pinkberry and Greek yogurt, Italian food and French fries.”

The Bravolebrity did not give into her pregnancy cravings while expecting.

Two months later, Lichy clarified on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast that she was not “getting into every craving” as she did during previous pregnancies.

“I thought my last pregnancy was gonna be my last, so I leaned in,” the Bravolebrity explained in the January episode. “I gained a ton of weight and took a year to lose it. It was really hard for me.”

The fourth time around, Erin was “working out the exact same way” and “eating the exact same way” as she did prior to conceiving.

She “gained a small amount of weight” while awaiting baby No. 4.

The then-expectant star told listeners she had “gained a small amount of weight” awaiting her fourth child.

However, Erin admitted that she “still” would “wake up in the middle of the night and eat a bowl of cereal.”

The interior designer became a mom when Levi arrived in 2014, followed by Layla and Elijah in 2017 and 2020, respectively.
