During her latest #CountessAndFriends cabaret performance at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Saturday, March 23, Countess Luann de Lesseps revealed her least favorite "Real Housewives" co-star ever.
The confession came during the audience Q&A portion of her show at The Music Box theater, where AOL's Gibson Johns was on-hand for the performance, when a fan asked point-blank who her "least favorite Housewife, past or present" was.
"Darling, if I answered that question I wouldn't be in season 11," de Lesseps responded cautiously, thinking that the question was asking her to name her least favorite current cast member. When someone clarified that the fan had said "past or present," the Countess had a quick answer: "Oh, I would say Alex McCord. Oh my God, and [her husband] Simon? Oh my, God."
The response garnered screams from the audience full of "Real Housewives" fans, who surely recalled de Lesseps' and McCord's tumultuous relationship during their time on the reality show together, which culminated in a memorable botched season 4 coffee date during which McCord corrected de Lesseps for calling attention to her "Herman Munster shoes."
"Um, they're Louis Vuitton shoes," McCord shot back, before de Lesseps delivered the iconic line, "Well, even Louis Vuitton makes mistakes."
McCord was an original cast member of "The Real Housewives of New York City," appearing on the first four seasons of the Bravo franchise, from 2008 until 2011. Since leaving the show, McCord and her husband, Simon van Kempen, have avoided the spotlight and moved to Australia with their two children.
Luann de Lesseps has appeared on all eleven seasons of "RHONY."
Also during her performance at the Borgata on Saturday night, the reality star explained the emotional connection she has to the iconic Atlantic City establishment, where she filmed the music video for her song, "Chic C'est La Vie."
"Borgata feels like home to me almost because I did my music video for 'Chic C'est La Vie' here," she told the crowd. "It’s such a great room, great ambience, and the crowd is always fantastic at Borgata."
