The Real Housewives of New York City star Erin Lichy doesn’t understand what all the fuss is about when it comes to a recent TikTok upload.

The mom-of-four, who announced the arrival of her newborn son Jack earlier this week, was bombarded by followers who claimed she didn’t provide her baby boy with adequate neck support in a video published on Wednesday, April 2.

In the TikTok, Lichy, 37, holds Jack with one arm as she mixes a martini with the other, all while mouthing the words to Diamond DonDada’s “She’s Back.” (“I took over a year off and cut you bitches some slack / Tell a friend to tell a friend, ha / She′s back,” the lyrics read.)

Lichy captioned her post, “She’s backkkkkk,” with hashtags including #newborn #postpregnancy #4thchild #summervibes #springbreak #momlife and #momhumor — but some followers thought her behavior was anything but funny.

“Tell a friend to tell a friend how to hold an infant,” one TikTok user commented, with another adding, “So, about the baby’s neck support…”

Lichy responded, writing, “Looks worse than it is promise lol.”

Some fans came to her defense, sharing, “It’s the 4th child he’ll survive, she’s done this plenty,” and “Haters STOP baby boy is fine!!!!!!!!!”

Lichy replied, writing, “Haters.”

RHONY Erin Lichy Responds to Parenting Criticism:

“Yall she has kids I am sure the baby is fine relax. Go off queen,” one follower added in support, with another commenting, “Precious !!”

“He’s the cutestttt,” Lichy said of her baby boy.

Still, negative comments continued to roll in. “Oh my God the baby’s head is just dangling whilst she’s making a martini and TikTok. Priorities girl,” one TikToker wrote.

Lichy shared news of baby Jack’s arrival via Instagram on Sunday, March 30, alongside a snap of her cuddling the newborn. In another image, Erin and her husband Abe Lichy posed with the little one while in a third picture the couple were all smiles with their four kids.

Erin also shares sons Elijah, 4, and Levi, 9, and daughter Layla, 7 with Abe. The reality TV star, serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Mezcalum, a premium artisanal mezcal brand, announced she was expecting her fourth baby in November 2024.

“It feels like adding another act to the circus!” Erin joked to People at the time. “Work and life have been so busy that I haven’t really had a chance to even think about how it’ll change things, but I think it will be pretty seamless to be honest. Three vs. four kids doesn’t seem so scary.”

“Mostly, I’m just looking forward to enjoying a Mezcalum cocktail and going out for a massive sushi dinner again!” she added.

Erin joined RHONY in October 2022 as a main member of the rebooted cast for season 14. She made her debut on the Bravo reality series in July 2023.
