RHONY’s Jessel Taank Details Work Done on Face After Brynn Whitfield’s Shade

Brynn Whitfield seemingly tried to make vanity a bad thing during a recent episode of The Real Housewives of New York. But darling, Jessel Taank isn’t one to shy away from always looking her best.

The marketing consultant called Jessel out on her changed appearance, as well as her tendency to turn any event into a photo shoot. But it all backfired when Jessel embraced her actions and questioned why she was getting judged for it.

Jessel responded to Brynn’s “new face” shade during an appearance on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast.

“It just so happens that when you watch yourself on television, you notice everything,” Jessel said.

“So I was like, ‘You know what? I’m just going to tweak a couple of things.’ Also, like, who doesn’t get Botox? Who doesn’t get a little filler here and there?” the fashion publicist continued.

During the RHONY episode, which aired January 7, Brynn referred to the “old Jessel” after pointing out her “different face and different teeth.”

But the RHONY favorite has no shame in her beauty regime, which started with noninvasive enhancements in her 20s.

“I’ve gotten Botox since I was 26. It is a game changer. I’m not a gatekeeper and I’m certainly not the type of person to be doing all these procedures and not talking about it,” she stated.

Transparency is important to Jessel. She wants to be honest about all the tweaks she’s gotten so she doesn’t mislead fans.

“So I talk about it on my social [media]. I don’t want people to ever feel like I’m doing things behind [closed doors]. I get it, we’re on television. It comes with the territory,” she explained.

Besides Botox, the OUSHQ founder had porcelain veneers done by celebrity dentist Dr. Victoria Veytsman.

“She’s the best, she does every celebrity,” Jessel gushed.

But in Jessel’s case, there was a very real need to get top-notch dental work done.

“There’s actually a very funny story. When I was a kid, I was running by a swimming pool on vacation and I slipped,” she revealed. “I slammed my mouth on the concrete and so I actually had to get cosmetic resurfacing or reconstruction [on my teeth] or whatever.”
