Robyn Dixon and Gizelle Bryant made predictions about Karen Huger’s upcoming sentence – after a court found the Real Housewives of Potomac star guilty of driving under the influence. According to reports, this wasn’t her first DUI.
In March of last year, Karen crashed her car into a tree. She was later arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated. During her trial, police body-cam footage seemingly showed her slurring her words, and she was found guilty on several counts.
“What do we think Karen Huger’s sentence will be?” asked former castmate Robyn on her “Reasonably Shady” podcast, via @Queensofbravoplus on Instagram.
“I don’t know,” said Gizelle. “I’m going to predict the best. Yes, whatever that means.”
“I predict 60 days in jail,” Robyn responded. “And then when she gets out, like at least a year of not being able to drive. Or blowing into the thing before you can drive.”
“Yeah, or like community service, like let’s clean the highway,” Gizelle added.
“No, I think she’ll do 60 days in jail and then not be able to drive,” said Robyn. “[For a year] at least.”
Robyn also pondered on how many DUIs Karen has had amid unverified rumors claiming she has allegedly had multiple.
“We also can’t have this happen again. Apparently this is her 4th time? Her 4th DUI I believe I heard,” shared Robyn, via @Breakingtherulespodclips Instagram page. “This can’t happen again. It cannot. It can’t.”
Earlier this month, Robyn slammed Karen’s past suggestion that she’d be vindicated.
“When I [heard] that she claimed she was going to be vindicated, I was like, if this is being vindicated, I don’t want to see what guilty is,” said Robyn at the time on her podcast, in a clip shared by @queensofbravo on Instagram. “It’s very sad … I hate to say it though: I don’t think those that are familiar with that person were shocked by what we saw [in the video] … That’s par for the course.”
“I’m not shocked by the nonsense coming out of the mouth. I’m not shocked by the denials and the deflections,” Robyn continued. “I’m not surprised by any of the events that happened.”
Gizelle said that she’s “praying” for the costar, but expressed: “You can’t do what she did … and walk away scot-free.”
Karen’s sentencing is set for January 29.
