Of course, we don’t want to make light of the gun comments that happened on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but Gizelle Bryant’s new nickname for Brit Eady is absolutely hilarious. In a new interview, she called Brit “Pistol Girl,” and according to Gizelle, she wouldn’t have gotten away with that behavior on The Real Housewives of Potomac.
RHOP’s Gizelle Bryant thinks Brit Eady should have been fired from RHOA
Gizelle recently appeared on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea to chat through Season 1 of Love Hotel. During the conversation, they touched on the Brit and Kenya Moore scandal on RHOA. Gizelle made her stance very clear. She thinks the producers should have immediately fired Brit after what we saw in Season 16, Episode 4.
“We had Kenya, who called Pistol Girl a peasant, but that’s kind of like a rite of passage,” Gizelle joked, before noting the seriousness of the drama.
Gizelle continued, “That was turned into ‘I’m going to get a pistol,’ and that’s like ‘Wow.’”
Supposedly, Bravo conducted an investigation into Brit’s threat. Gizelle, however, didn’t seem to care about that. She felt like Brit crossed a line, especially as a brand-new cast member.
“This is also a person that’s probably not been with Bravo for more than 30 days? Yeah, so it’s kind of like, you should have been fired on the spot,” Gizelle continued.
Obviously, what happened after the gun comment can’t be ignored. When Kenya unveiled those pictures of Brit, she crossed a line, too. Still, Gizelle argued that things wouldn’t have reached that low point if production had intervened sooner.
“We never would have gotten to the haircare moment. We should never have even gotten there because that should have been nipped in the bud immediately, and it would have been on Potomac. I’m going to say that,” Gizelle added.
