RHOSLC Alum Monica Garcia and Boyfriend Braxton Knight Welcome New Baby

Swaddled up in a purple blanket, both parents seemed in awe of the new life they created. The proud dad wrote in Monica’s comments, “I’m going to do everything I can to be the best dad for this little one.”

In the clip, which features a song called To Our Daughter (Lullaby), Braxton and Monica leave the hospital with their baby and an armful of balloons. Although they didn’t reveal the name, this at least filled us in on the fact that they had a girl.

Monica and Braxton’s baby arrived nearly a year after they suffered a miscarriage. In April 2024, the RHOSLC alum shared the devastating news with her Instagram followers. When she found out they were expecting another baby in 2025, she decided to keep the information under wraps until they were closer to the due date.

“It was difficult coming off such a tumultuous whirlwind with RHOSLC and all the love and hate I received from all of that,” Monica said of the low moment of her life.

“Old friends turned on me, I was iced out by the cast, I lost my job, my relationship with my mother has never recovered, my world was crumbling,” she admitted. “Then I had an unexpected pregnancy and miscarriage at 40.”

According to Monica, last year’s miscarriage was “the lowest point” in her life. That makes this new arrival extra special. She’s the rainbow after the storm.
